Oversee clinical service delivery by providing direct and or indirect supervision to QMHPs and LMHP-E. This includes face to face supervision and feedback relative to client assessments, admissions, treatment plan development and implementation, treatment plan modification and discharge planning.
Assist the Program Manager and Case Managers in oversight of the quantitative and qualitative records review process for client files; assurance of compliance with contract, accreditation, and licensure expectations and standards.
Ensure that all services provided by counselors are of the highest quality and that proper documentation is maintained. Ensures that all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards are met. Reviews personnel records on a monthly basis
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Service plans. Oversee the region Franklin Office and Newport News Office.
LMHP Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Services field i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Human Services etc. Licensed as a LPC, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatrist or LMFT by Virginia's Licensing board.
Must possess a minimum of 1 year clinical experience working with individuals with mental health diagnosis.
Salary Range: $41,000 to $60,000 Depends on level of Education along with experience.
