Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the results of merchants' business operations in the comprehensive key industries of local life (beauties, leisure and entertainment, shopping, automobiles, movies, fitness, etc.), help merchants to do business well based on the Douyin platform, and achieve a win-win situation for the platform and merchants 2 , In-depth understanding and insight into industry characteristics and category trends, identify business opportunities and achieve sustainable and large-scale growth by optimizing industry products and enriching industry strategies , output layered strategies to promote the self-operation of merchants, and achieve a leap 4. Formulate industry node operation plans, provide industry strategies in terms of user scenarios, product grouping, and content strategies for seasonal nodes and events, and coordinate and integrate marketing teams to achieve nodes rushed high.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of business/industry operation experience 2. Ability to think and analyze systematically, Have cross-organizational communication and resource coordination capabilities 3. Data sensitive, good at analyzing data and rigorous attribution logic, able to identify key factors and core reasons behind problems 4. Have comprehensive work experience in related industries, familiar with platform-based merchants and Commodity operators are preferred.
