QuarterLine provides professional healthcare subject matter experts to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. We are currently seeking a f! ull-time board certified physician specializing in psychological health, which could include: Psychiatrist, MD Psychologist or other MDs with direct experience and expertise in psychological health. This position will be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Board Certified Physician, Psychological Health is currently contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
QuarterLine is seeking a board certified Psychiatrist, MD Psychologist, or other MD with direct experience and expertise in Psychological Health to provide consultation and support on all aspects of the program. This position will include performing evaluations of existing programs and research demonstrations to evaluate new service delivery program initiatives. This position will use mental healthcare industry expertise to define the strategic goals, provide guidance on Psychological Heath Clinical standards of Care regarding current mental health and brain injury issues to m! eet goals, develop evidence-based guidelines and standards, an! d provide consultation to the Program Manager(s).
Qualifications:
Education: MD Required
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with post-graduate work providing clinical delivery or subject matter expertise in the field of behavioral health
- Experience with working collaboratively in teams to meet goals
- Experience interacting effectively with or facilitating various types of people, including senior executives, government leaders, researchers, and clinicians
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel, is required.
Clearance:
Active clearance is preferred; clearability (at minimum Position of Trust) is required
