A fast-paced, busy Psychiatrist office seeks a Medical Receptionist full-time. Office located in Fairfax. One must have excellent customer service skills, patience, reliable, a friendly smile and a super upbeat personality. Medical Office Experience is a plus!

- Scheduling appointments using ZocDoc and EMR
- Checking patients in/out
- Collecting copays and balances
- Answering phones, multiple lines
- Filing
- Clerical Work
- Typing letters
- Cleaning rooms before and after patients
- Punctual

- Self starter, fast learner
- Good at Multi-tasking
- Good with the computer
