Role: Shipping, Receiving, and Traffic Clerks (Warehouse Associate)

Pay Rate: $20/Hr on W2
SUMMARY:
Assist Warehouse management and work with management and other coordinator(s) to maintain off site Entertainment Production facility, and storage of assets. Coordinate transportation needs to/from the theme park and assist with various production and operation needs for Entertainment dept. projects. Assist in the maintenance of safety, storage protocol, and appearance / cleanliness of the warehouse, its exterior space, and ancillary indoor spaces.

Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and great communication skills
- Must be able to work various shifts and be open to overtime if needed
- Must be able to drive a forklift (certification may be provided)
- Must be able to use hand power tools
- Must be able to work on a ladder
- Must be able to work alone, unsupervised and in groups
- 75% time spent on feet.
- 15% time operating fork lift.
- 60-75 lbs. Lifting
- Occasional 150lbs. Push/pull (on casters)
- Detail oriented and great communication skills
- Must work in cooperation with EPC management (Manager and Asst. Manager) and be flexible in the ever-changing and fluid world of Theme Park Entertainment
Essential Functions
- Assist in maintaining inventory control utilizing database software system
- Prepare/pack assets for storage, and shipping
- Maintain orderly storage of assets (Inside the warehouse and outside in the yard) to include covering/protecting assets from the elements and replacing covering when necessary
- Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and facility for production, and office spaces including identifying damaged assets and disposing of unusable materials. Assist populating the “purge list” prior to disposing of unusable assets/materials
- Participate in facility walks, surveys, inspections, and contractor meetings as prescribed by EPC management (Manager/Asst. Manager)
- Perform and assists with shipping, receiving and storage of inventory
- Perform and assist in daily/monthly facility and equipment safety inspections i.e. forklifts, ladders, personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory, fire extinguishers, exit/emergency lighting systems
- Safety watch during various hazardous types of work
- Coordinate with union drivers for transportation of assets to/from facility
- Help maintain storage, safety, and cleanliness standards of the EPC (inside / out) as put forth by the company and by EPC management
- Maintain good communication and professionalism with EPC Management abiding by the company’s code of conduct and respect in the workplace guidelines.
