(1) Examines, diagnoses, treats, and follows outpatients with psychiatric problems of all complexities.
(2) Prepare and review case histories, laboratory reports and obtain data through interviews of patients.
(3) Prescribe specific medication(s), treatment modalities and oversee technicians in procedures and treatments IAW MTF protocols, JC, and best practices.
(4) Work under the general professional direction of the Chief of Mental Health Service.
