MHM Services, Inc. is a privately owned company that contracts with state and local governments to provide staffing, management, and healthcare services to correctional facilities nationwide. We are currently seeking a Ph! ysician Recruiter to join our fast paced and growing Recruiting Department. This position can be based out of your home office.
The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting of full time, part time, and per diem Primary Care Physicians, Psychiatrists, and Nurse Practitioners within a specific territory. The Recruiter will work closely with Program Management and Recruitment team in fulfilling recruitment needs.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills are also a must. Previous healthcare recruiting experience required. Previous use of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred. Familiarity/experience with Ultipro HRIS is a plus.
