LPN needed to assist a staff psychiatrist in the prescription, administration and monitoring of client medications in a Met! hadone Opioid Treatment Program. Duties to include performing client assessments, administers medications and injections and performs other medically based treatment services and provides crisis and supportive counseling and clinical case management
Graduate of an accredited LPN school of nursing with three (3) years of experience in the administration of medication or in a substance abuse treatment, psychiatric setting, or long term care facility including the dispensing of narcotic medication.
Current and valid State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
Salary: COMMENSURATE WITH KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
