You will be part of our cool IT team consisting of Mikkel Morén, who is IT Manager, Andreas Lützhøft, who is IT Supporter and our Trainee, Emil. The work primarily consists of solving the IT problems that arise, the day-to-day operations and paving the way for our IT landscape to function and develop. More specifically, the role will involve:
- 1st to 3rd level support. We share the tasks in the team, as we value a flat hierarchy
- Coordination with external suppliers to keep operating costs down
- Reconciliation meetings with the company to ensure alignment
- Maintenance of the office in Copenhagen and Aarhus with a focus on IT
- Communication to Group IT in France
- Participation in alignment meetings with the management in Denmark. Here, everything from major incidents locally and globally to adaptation of upcoming projects is touched upon
You will be based in our office in Copenhagen, where the rest of the team is also based. However, there may be travel days to our smaller office in Aarhus. It is important for us to ensure that everything also runs as it should here. The expectation will be around 2 days per month.
To enjoy be happy in the role, you should also be able to see yourself in the following:
- We imagine that you have 4+ years of experience with IT Support/Operations
- You are comfortable in English at a professional level
- You have an education as IT Supporter, Data Technician or a bachelor's or master's degree within IT
We are looking for you who want to participate in the day-to-day IT operations and who have the courage to improve our current IT setup.
