We do this through a social-emotional focused curriculum that uses movement and communication, based on the CASEL framework. We have online programs and an in-person curriculum. Our in-person curriculum is run by near-peer mentors, during and after school. Schools and districts use us in many ways to support their students, faculty, and staff. THE ROLE

The Operations Specialist will work closely with the Director of Operations to support day-to-day operational tasks. In addition, this role will ensure a smooth handover process from sales to operations for a successful program launch. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the department initiatives within field operations to support smooth operations and onboarding customers. The Operations Specialist will facilitate the customer onboarding journey by collecting program information during principal meetings in preparation of program implementation. You will also perform other duties to support the Director of Operations, operation management, and the site success team. The role will report directly to the Director of Operations.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding meetings with principals and/or district administrators in preparation for program implementation
  • Liaison with sales specialists to ensure all appropriate data has been collected and reflected accurately in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Provide direct support to the Director of Operations
  • Support other operation efforts as assigned
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators as it relates to operations
  • Coordinate and conduct assessments and research
  • Perform site visits as needed


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service-driven operations
  • Advanced communication and written skills; excellent understanding of English grammar and syntax, to write clear, concise correspondence.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical ability; proven resourcefulness in finding appropriate solutions to complex operational and administrative problems, and use of initiative in implementing solutions or making recommendations
  • Proficient in the use of software applications necessary to retrieve current and historical information to compile reports and briefings including databases and G-Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple people and departments internally and externally with district administrators and school principals
  • Display professionalism


The target annual base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
