Experienced, Caring, and Professional ROTA Nanny Needed For a Dynamic Family!

Compensation: Hourly & overtime rate equal to $100-$110k/year commensurate with experience + car to use while working, healthcare stipend, housing stipend, sick days, vacation days, and holidays. Relocation assistance if needed.
Schedule: Full-time rotational schedule. The typical hours will be 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Some flexibility with advance notice to align with the family’s travel is needed.
Household:
- A dynamic family in Hillsborough is seeking an experienced, caring, professional, and proactive candidate to care for their two children, ages 3 and 6 years old.
- The family occasionally travels, so the candidate should be passport and travel-ready and adaptable to different environments.
- Long-term commitment is valued by the family, as they are looking for someone who has demonstrated loyalty in previous positions.
- Collaboration and effective communication with additional staff members in the household is essential for seamless teamwork and effective childcare.
Candidate:
- The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, loving, and genuinely excited to care for preschool to early school-age children.

- A background and/or degree in child development/education is considered a plus, and the ability to swim is necessary due to the presence of a pool at the family's home.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of paid, professional childcare experience that occurred over the age of 18 (not for family or friends) with excellent references
- Can make at least a one-year commitment
- Covid vaccinated
- Valid driver’s license and a strong driving record
- Valid passport and domestic and international travel-ready
- Legal work authorization in the U.S.
- English fluency
