For detail informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. NURSE, PSYCHIATRIC CARE RN - MOBILE CRISIS
Responsible for the coordination of home visits, doctor appointm! ents for clients served. Day to day operations include supervision of a professional team, administrative and daily problem solving. In addition this position performs physical examinations, laboratory work and diagnostic procedures, provides medication management, develops treatment plans and provides health information. Assists a staff psychiatrist in the prescription, administration and monitoring of client medications; performs client assessments, administers medications and injections and performs other medically based treatment services to and provides crisis and supportive counseling for any program which utilizes this position to include CRC, Southeastern Family Project and, Assertive Community Treatment Team.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or RN specializing in Psychiatric care and three (3) years of experience providing nursing services to the client group.
Virginia State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
